This small booklet has been put together to enlighten and encourage the young people of our Orthodox church to personally experience the presence of God through the daily practice of prayer.

The explanatory material and prayers used is mostly for our young people aged 9 years and upwards, although smaller children can use this booklet with the assistance of their parents/guardians.
